Fine Mulch
3/4 to 3 inch particle size, a more refined, less coarse look.
For beds and around trees, laid 2 to 3 inches deep.
Superfine Mulch
1/4 to 1/2 inch, finely screened, 100% wood chips.
For a finer finish on small beds and planters.
Shredded Cedar Mulch
Cedar aroma, long lasting, resists fading. 1/2 to 6 inch size range.
For beds where you want a long-lasting cover.
Mulch insulates soil from the heat of the sun, reduces dust, helps prevent weed growth and adds organic matter to the soil as it breaks down. Mulch is a recycled product: color, texture and size vary by batch, and some foreign material can be present. See mulch in our product gallery.

How much do you need?
Measure the area in square feet, multiply by the depth in inches, and divide by 324. That is the number of cubic yards. Mulch is laid 2 to 3 inches deep. Deeper than 3 inches holds too much water against stems.

How many cubic yards of mulch do I need?
Square feet times depth in inches, divided by 324. At 3 inches deep one cubic yard covers about 100 square feet; at 2 inches, about 160.
Fine or superfine?
Fine mulch is 3/4 to 3 inch pieces, for beds and around trees. Superfine is screened to 1/4 to 1/2 inch for a tighter finish on small beds and planters. Shredded cedar is long lasting and resists fading.
Can I pick it up?
Yes. Bring an open-bed truck or trailer and our loader fills it. Bring a tarp. We cannot load bags, trash cans or other containers. Last will call is 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and 12:30 pm Saturday.

Our fleet of delivery trucks and trailers can accommodate any quantity of material you need, starting with one cubic yard, there is no minimum quantity to deliver. A minimum delivery charge of $75 applies to all orders.
Delivery time estimates are 7:30am–12pm OR 12pm-4pm, Monday thru Friday & 7:30am–12pm Saturday. These times are approximate only, not a guaranteed time of arrival.
If you prefer, we are happy to load your open bed truck or trailer. We strongly recommend that you bring a tarp to cover the material after it's loaded. We cannot allow self-loading or filling of bags, trash cans, containers, etc. Thank you for your understanding!!
